Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of voca9, including the apps and the website at voca9.com (“voca9”, “we”). By using voca9 you agree to them.
Your account
You need an account to sync your tasks. Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use voca9.
Your content
You own the tasks, notes, files and other content you put in voca9. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run voca9 for you and the people you share it with, including sending it to the providers described in our Privacy Policy when you use voice or AI features. You're responsible for having the right to upload what you add.
Acceptable use
Don't use voca9 to break the law, upload malware or content you don't have the right to share, harass others, or try to access other people's data, disrupt the service or get around its limits.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. In shared spaces you can report a comment or a person, and block someone so you no longer see their comments. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these terms, and suspend or close the accounts of people who post it.
AI features
The assistant can make mistakes. It proposes changes and you stay in control; review its suggestions, especially dates and reminders, before relying on them. AI and voice features may be limited by your plan and may change.
Plans and payments
voca9 has a free plan. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled and are billed through the app store or payment processor you buy them with; their terms apply to billing, cancellation and refunds. We'll tell you before changing the price of your subscription.
Availability and changes
We work to keep voca9 running and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and may sometimes be unavailable. We may change or discontinue features. Keep your own copies of anything critical — you can export your data at any time.
Ending your use
You can stop using voca9 and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, voca9 is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data or missed deadlines, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use voca9 means you accept the updated terms.
