Common questions

How do I add a task by voice?

Tap the microphone button and say what you need to do, for example “Remind me to call John tomorrow at 3”. voca9 sets the date, reminder, project and priority for you. You can also type instead.

Why didn’t I get a reminder?

Check that notifications are allowed for voca9 in your phone’s Settings, and that a Focus mode isn’t silencing them. voca9 asks for permission the first time you set a reminder.

Can I use voca9 on several devices?

Yes. Sign in with the same account on your phone and at voca9.com; your tasks sync between them.

How do I share a project?

Open the project and tap the person icon to move it into a team space and invite people.

How do I export or delete my data?

In Settings, use Export data to download everything, or Delete account to permanently delete your account and data. See the Privacy Policy.
