Questions people ask before paying
Do I need Pro to use voca9?
No. Every feature is in Free. Pro raises the daily limits: 60 minutes of voice and 200 AI requests a day instead of 10 minutes and 15 requests.
What does the AI see?
What you say or type while capturing, and the tasks it needs to answer you. Vault secrets are encrypted on your device and never reach the AI. voca9 never sells your data and shows no ads.
Does voca9 work offline?
Yes. Your tasks live on your device and sync when you're back online. Voice and AI need a connection; a voice note taken offline is kept and processed later.
Can I undo what the AI did?
Yes. Every change has an Undo, and Settings keeps a history of AI changes you can revert.
What happens when I reach the free limit?
You can still add, edit and complete tasks by typing. Voice and AI come back the next day, or right away with Pro.
Where is my data, and can I delete it?
On our servers, backed up every night, and on your own devices. Delete your account from Settings and everything goes, including your account with our sign-in provider.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account on voca9.com. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then you're on Free with all your tasks.
Is there an Android app?
Not yet. The web app works on Android phones in the browser, and you can add it to your home screen.
